1. SHIPPING:

• Shipping Time: Orders are usually processed and shipped within 48 hours. Please note personalised items will take 2 or 3 more days for process.
• Shipping Charges: We offer free shipping on all orders over Rs. 499. Please note that we do not offer free shipping on international orders and returns.

2. DELIVERY:

For Customer living in Metros cities products will get delivered within 3 working days, and for the rest of India they make take up-to 4- 7 working days, and International order may take 7-10 working days.

3. RETURNS:

Eligibility Criteria for Returns:

• Damage: The item must be damaged upon arrival, and also if you get wrong order item.
• Unboxing Video: You must have an unboxing video of the item clearly showing the damage. This video will be required as proof.
• Timeframe: After receiving the product, if there are any complaints or return you should respond within 36 hours.
• ReturnRequest: If you have a return request, you will have to raise a query through our support platforms- Call/Website Support Portal etc within 36 hours.

4. EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:

Additionally, the following items cannot be returned:

• Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
• Custom products (such as special orders or personalised items)
• Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
• Sale items or gift cards

5. REFUNDS:

We will notify you once we've received and evaluated your return. If the return is approved, you'll receive a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

6. ORDER CANCEL:

If you cancel the order and the status of the order is dispatch then the order will not be cancelled. If the parcel has been dispatched, there will be no refund. Then you will get the parcel only.
